District Announcements

Recently, the Atkins Ministerial Alliance purchased and donated 150 framed "In God We Trust" posters to help the Atkins School District meet state law.  Arkansas Act 911 of 2017 requires schools to display posters with the motto, as well as the U.S. and Arkansas state flags, if the posters are donated.  The law says the posters can be put up in each public elementary and secondary school classroom, library or any public building in Arkansas that’s maintained using state money.  Peggy Foster and Chad Duvall saw a need for the posters in the Atkins School District and worked quickly with Ministerial Alliance members to organize poster donation efforts.
